BHL appoints head of development to steer project pipeline

PROPERTY group Boyuan Holdings Limited (ASX: BHL) has announced the appointment of Sydney property and development executive Paul Hourigan as its Head of Development.
Mr Hourigan has over 30 years’ experience in the property and development industry, having worked in senior executive roles for Landcom, the Becton Property Group and other project and development companies. He holds a Bachelor in Civil Engineering and a Graduate Diploma in Business Administration.
 
In his new role at BHL, Mr Hourigan will be responsible for the day-to-day management of rezonings, development approvals, design, construction and delivery of the company’s pipeline of major residential and commercial projects across NSW. 
 
Mr Hourigan said today: “I am delighted to be joining the team at BHL.
 
“I have already been impressed by the progress BHL continues to make with a number of its major developments in south-west and western Sydney, including the exciting Northern Gateway future City at Badgerys Creek.
 
“Working with the rest of the BHL team and our project partners, I am now looking forward to driving these developments through the full cycle of the projects, so we can deliver beautiful master planned communities across this Region.”
 
Welcoming Mr Hourigan to BHL, Chief Executive Officer, Caden Wan, said: “The depth of Paul’s skills, experience, and local industry and community networks will be invaluable to BHL, as a number of our major projects come on line.
 
 “Paul has been tasked with leading BHL’s multi-disciplined teams to deliver on our property development strategy, ensuring we advance our key developments and continue to capitalize on local market opportunities across NSW into the future.”
 
Mr Hourigan’s appointment is effective from April 8.
