INNOVATION IN SELLING HOUSES

Owners to raffle their luxury villa
WITH home ownership rates declining worldwide as house prices soar, more and more people are turning to competitions to give them a chance at owning their own home.
One Grecian couple decided to jump in on this opportunity and are raffling off their luxury villa in an exciting global event.

The Greek islands are one of the most desired locations in the world and now one lucky winner could win a stunning Greek property worth 1.75 million Euros.

The property, which includes its very own vineyard, is located on one of the Greek islands in the Mediterranean Sea.

Alice and Christos Douvras built the villa themselves in 2009 as a holiday home using Alice’s architectural expertise.
The villa, located on the island of Aegina - only 30 minutes from Athens - is the perfect getaway. It is only a two-minute walk to the beach and a 10-minute walk to popular beach bars and restaurants.

The villa features two living rooms, four bedrooms (two with ocean views), two bathrooms, two kitchens, balconies with sea and mountain views and a large outdoor swimming pool overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. The property, which sits on 5,000 square metres, also features its very own vineyard.

The popular tourist island is only 18km long and boasts idyllic beaches and great. There are many things to do on the island including hiring boats to explore surrounding islands and beaches, horse riding, hiking, cycling, as well as underwater fishing and trying local cuisine.

The villa is generally booked out from May to September, so the winner can potentially earn between 285 - 430€ per day.

The odds of winning are much higher and more likely than the lotto, say the owners.

The Win Your Luxurious Villa tickets are 49.90€ each and the draw takes place on the 15th of December. Winners will be notified by phone.

The villa will only be given away when 50,000 tickets have been sold otherwise the winner will walk away with half of the earnings from ticket sales.
