FIRST LOOK AT AVEO BELLA VISTA

$400M masterplan revealed at open day
A GROUP of excited locals have been given an exclusive first look at the development masterplan for Aveo Group’s $400M Aveo Bella Vista community, while enjoying entertainment at the community’s recent open day.

Attendees toured Aveo Bella Vista’s modern, five-star facilities and experienced first-hand the vibrant social atmosphere the retirement community has to offer.

Guests were also treated to a stand-up show and meet and greet with beloved Australian comedian, Shane Bourne, and enjoyed premium gin tasting and refreshments.

Visitors had the opportunity to round out the day by mingling with some of the current Aveo Bella Vista residents to see what makes the community unique.

Located within Mulpha’s $3B Norwest precinct, Aveo Bella Vista welcomed the first residents in July 2018.
Conveniently located near a range of transport, shopping, entertainment and dining options, Aveo Bella Vista is designed to meet the changing tastes of older Australians.

Aveo Bella Vista is located at 28 Norbrik Dr, Bella Vista.
