NOVA HAS SECURED THOUSANDS OF JOBS

Tailored approach to disability job placement
NOVA Employment has secured thousands of jobs for people with a disability across Greater Sydney for the past 32 years.
“We aim to find jobs for people with disability that match an individual’s skills and aspirations with the roles employers are looking to fill,” NOVA’s Chief Executive Martin Wren said.

NOVA’s 9th annual 100 jobs in 100 days campaign is currently underway in Parramatta and Blacktown, to secure work for people in a variety of industry types.

“There’s no point finding someone an admin job if they prefer to work outside,” Martin said.

"Before we start looking at roles, we sit down with our clients to learn their likes and dislikes before we begin to consider what employment opportunities might interest them.”

Network Auto and Truck Detailing in Huntingwood, recently made a dream come true for Boorana, a young man who has longed to work with cars and trucks since he was a boy.

“In any business, you need a steady workforce,” said Network's owner, Jai Shankar who has employed several staff through NOVA over the past 12 years.

The disability means nothing as long as the work is performed in a proper manner and we teach the detailing,” Jai said.

If you need keen, reliable staff contact NOVA Employment Parramatta Manager Zore Blazeski or Blacktown Manager Neena Sood on 1 300 ABILITY (1 300 224 5489).
