New regional base for Deb group

THE Deb Group one of the world’s leading occupational hand hygiene and skin care companies has located to a $15 million facility, in the Moorebank Business Park.

The facility will be the base for the Australian and South East Asian markets.

The 5000-square-metre, purpose built state-of–the-art facility includes manufacturing, warehousing and office accommodation.

“The new Deb Group development in Moorebank ensures we are in a prime location near major transport corridors including the M5 andM7 motorways,” said Deb Group MD Steve Saboune at the opening of the facility.

“We employ over 50 people in Australia and anticipate job growth of 10-15 per cent over the next year and look forward to continuing to expand our operations from Liverpool.”

Liverpool City Mayor, Ned Mannoun, said that the Deb Group’s operations spanned two of Liverpool’s key sectors of manufacturing and health.

“Liverpool has a well-established manufacturing sector and is one of our largest industries,” he said.

“We are also becoming known as the health city with some of the world’s leading clinicians as well as significant health assets including the internationally renowned Ingham Institute of Research and Liverpool Hospital.”

The Deb Group relocated from Chipping Norton.
