CEO Trevor Rawnsley said incidents of intimidation, verbal tirades, and even physical assaults are escalating in strata communities, affecting residents, committees, and managers. The campaign aims to create psychologically safe communities through education, policies, and a statement of intent promoting respect at meetings. Many managers support the initiative, noting abuse comes from a minority but change is overdue.
