POLICE have charged a man after the alleged sexual touching of a teenage girl on a train in Sydney’s west yesterday.
About 1pm  on November 4 a 15-year-old girl was at Penrith Railway Station when she was approached by two men and allegedly accompanied them on a train and travelled into the City.

Police will allege when the group left the train at Central Railway Station, the men purchased alcohol and shared it with the girl.

The group then boarded a train at Central Railway Station towards Blacktown. While inside the carriage one of the men allegedly sexually touched the young girl before they all alighted at Blacktown Railway Station at 7.45pm.

Officers attached to Blacktown Police Area Command attended shortly after and arrested a 32-year-old man. He was taken to Blacktown Police Station before being taken to Blacktown Hospital for treatment to an arm injury.

The girl was taken to The Children’s Hospital at Westmead for monitoring.

The 32-year-old man was released from hospital and taken to Blacktown Police Station where he was charged with intentionally sexually touch child.
