TELSTRA BUSINESS TECHNOLOGY CENTRE OPEN

More than just a phone plan
IN 2020, small and medium business needs more than just a mobile phone plan and a website if it wants to ‘be that business’.
These days, it’s all about cloud storage and software as a service, data networks and IP phones, cyber security, and high-quality hardware and software personalised for your business, helping to boost productivity both in the office and on road, whilst dramatically reducing downtime.

Telstra Business Technology Centres are designed with the needs of business owners and operators in mind – no matter how simple or how complex their operations are.

The staff at these Centres are highly trained with expertise in our small business solutions, whether you need to set up a website or e-commerce store, if you want a cloud service for your digital operations, or if you have more traditional needs like fixed broadband or mobile services.

Two new Telstra Business Technology Centre’s in Sydney’s West are now open – providing expert information, personalised service and ongoing support to small and medium business customers.

With two convenient locations in Merrylands & Penrith, who are available both for walk-ins and by appointment to offer a one-stop-shop for advice, where local businesses can interact with local expertise, to get the right advise for end-to-end business and complex multi-site technology solutions.

Family Business

This means if you currently deal with the staff at the Telstra Business Centre West Sydney or Telstra Business Centre Nepean & Hawkesbury, you will still see the same friendly faces, with many more additions to the team.

This team is a family business, founded by Joe and Georgette Khoury in 2000, and has been servicing the local business community for 20 years.

In that time they have constantly won awards for their customer service, being a major reason they were selected to run two of the 28 new TBTC’s, which now covers businesses spanning across; Marrickville, Rhodes, Homebush, Bankstown, Wetherill Park, The Blue Mountains, Windsor and Richmond and everything in between including Parramatta, the
Hills District and Penrith.

They’ve also launched Account Management Support for all small business customers, irrespective of their size.

The team hopes this is a win for time-poor business owners – by offering them personalised support from a specialised team, we want to take the burden of managing Telstra services off the hands of business owners to give them more to run their business more effectively.

To contact the team at the Telstra Business Technology Centre Sydney West or Sydney Outer West, for advice on something small about the new iPhone 11, or a complete telephony and IT audit email info@tbtc.com.au or phone ( 02) 8868 1188.
