DEVELOPER BUYS VILLAWOOD SITE

 

INDUSTRIAL developer LOGOS Property has purchased a 15.3-hectare infill development site, at 246 Miller Road, Villawood, from Toll Group, with a completion value of about $200m. LOGOS plans to develop 11.3 hectares into a logistics and intermodal estate on a speculative basis.
