PARRAMATTA City Council will investigate development options for its Fennell Street Car Park, in the CBD. The site currently comprises 121 at-grade public car spaces which are expected to generate an average income of $153,388 per annum over the next five years.

THE Police Citizens Youth Club has sold its rezoned Parramatta club at 12 Hassall Street, in the Parramatta CBD, for $31 million, to Concord-based residential developer Toplace. The club has occupied a prime location in the core of Parramatta's city for more than 50 years
VIUADUX LEASES WAREHOUSE
WATER and environmental solutions supplier, Viadux, has leased a 3573-square-metre warehouse and office building, at 19-21 Frank Street, Wetherill Park, at a net annual rent of $340,000 from a private investor, for five years, with options. Viadux is relocating from Yennora because its premises is being redeveloped.
INNOVATION AT HUNTINGWOOD
ARNOTTS’ $3 million innovation centre at Huntingwood accommodates 140 staff including food technicians, scientists and chefs ready to create products for brands Arnott’s, Campbell’s Soup and V8 juice. The innovation centre is part of a $22.4 million upgrade of facilities at Arnott’s Huntingwood Bakery.

A NEWLY-established foundation will push for a $60 million medical research institute for Nepean Hospital, following revelations top specialists won’t come to the area because it offers no research facilities. Nepean is the only teaching hospital in Sydney that doesn’t have a research facility attached to it.
