THE LOGOS group is developing a purpose-built warehouse and office facility, at the three-hectare LOGOS Erskine Park Logistics Estate, on behalf of Visa Global Logistics, which has pre-committed to 6000-square-metre facility, on an initial lease term of 12 years.
