BNI to set up five new chapters in GWS

BNI (Business Network International), the world's largest business networking, referrals and word of mouth marketing organisation is looking to establish more chapters in Western Sydney.

The expansion includes a chapter called Business Access where new members receive substantial advertising packages in WSBA.

Started in 1985 by Dr Ivan Misner, called the “Father of Modern Networking” by CNN and the “Networking Guru” by Entrepreneur magazine, Dr Misner is considered to be one of the world’s leading experts on business networking and has been a keynote speaker for major corporations and associations throughout the world.

He has been featured in the L.A. Times, Wall Street Journal, and New York. Times, as well as numerous TV and radio shows including CNN, the BBC and The Today Show on NBC.

Since it began in 1985, BNI has now grown to 54 countries, 6,500 groups meeting weekly with 165,000 members, sharing in $6.5 billion in 2013.

BNI started in Australia in 1997 and has now grown to 222 chapters with 5,349 members and in 2013 the members reported closed business of $257 million at an average of $48,000 return per member.

Locally, in the North West Sydney Region members in 2013 reported $9.8 million at an average of $54,000 return per member.

BNI in Sydney’s North West Region is starting five new groups during 2014, with one already in the process, two about to start in early February and one in March. So opportunity is there for business owners who love results.

BNI has 4 Pillars of Success. The group’s philosophy “Givers Gain”, is about caring and sharing with others without expectation. If everyone has this attitude, success and referrals await.

Education is a big part of the successful BNI system with sessions in each meeting, an online system and member success sessions run monthly.

Commitment is essential and with committed people to help others succeed this pillar is realised.

The final pillar is Structure, you can rely on purpose, mentoring and meetings with a proven structured agenda, leading to accountability and success.

If you meet with like minded people intentionally, without competitors in the room, regularly and follow a proven system you too share in this success.
Why do BNI Members generate $6.5 billion each year between them, and how do I get my share?

If this is a question you would like answered, come along to a special session where we will explain, HOW and WHY BNI works, as well as WHAT you can do to get into new Chapters including, Business Access.

There are substantial benefits for new members of this chapter. The chapter will meet at the Bull and Bush Hotel, ideally located between Parramatta and the Hills regions.

Some business categories are snapped up very quickly in new BNI chapters. Anyone interested in staking a claim for a place in this new chapter, needs to ensure attendance at this event.

Details: Tuesday, March 25 at Bull n Bush B's Bar N Grill commencing at 7am, Cnr Seven Hills and Windsor Road, Baulkham Hills.
